Yes! We are QuickBooks experts, and we can correct even the “messiest” of files. Not only that, but we will set up your books so they are easy to maintain, and we offer quick turnaround—most of the time within a matter of days.

What does your service cost?
The price will vary on how interactive you want us to be, but the rule of thumb is that we provide the same exact services as an in-house bookkeeper, but for roughly half the price. As our client, you no longer have to worry about paying your bookkeeper’s employment taxes, benefits or other affiliated payroll costs, and you are not responsible for vacation time, sick leave, or missed work for any reason. Our Document Retrieval system, another available service, enables you to finally go green. Toss the files – we’ve got every invoice, statement and check scanned and available online.
How secure is my information over the internet?
Very! All of your files are 128 bit encrypted when transmitted and are hosted on a secure application service provider (ASP) server. The files are accessible only by you and by your designated team at Rimberg Online Bookkeeping.
Can I talk to a live person?
Not only can you, but you will talk to a live person! While we are fully virtual, you will have a real team member representing your account at all times. Rimberg Online Bookkeeping employs an expert staff of professionals including: bookkeepers, accountants, CPAs, and computer specialists, all of whom are available to you.
Will Rimberg Online Bookkeeping also replace my current CPA?
We are available to do so, if you are looking for a CPA, but in many cases, companies already have CPA services. Then we simply replace the bookkeeping department, delivering to the CPA of record a correct general ledger in a timely fashion. But if you are in the market for a CPA, we’d be happy to have a conversation with you to see if we would be a good fit.
Will I lose control of my financial decision making?
Not at all! All financial decisions are made by you. In fact with our acclaimed financial reports, you will be in an excellent position to make better decisions.
Will you integrate my historical data with current data?
Yes, if your data is on QuickBooks, we will integrate all of your older files into your current files which you have access to 24/7.
How do I access my financial information?
You sign on to our secure server on the Internet with your private access code and you, and anyone you designate, are able to view your financial data.
What if I want to write a check myself?
Just do it! You may write a check at any time, from any location and it will automatically be entered into your books.
What if I want a specialized report?
You get it! In addition to our acclaimed regular monthly reports, we are able to deliver reports customized for your specific needs.
